Café Ferdinand | Aerogram Studio
Can I please have the library case work and custom tables from Aerogram Studio’s Café Ferdinand project in my house? The cafe was named after the founder of modern telecommunications, Ferdinand Braun. Aerogram Studio states, “we developed a Bauhaus-inspired logo with circuit-like identity elements, evocative of Braun’s early inventions. Inspired by Braun’s work as a professor and scientist, we designed the interior of the cafe to feel like a classroom, with an elevated “library” area full of books and period details. We custom designed classroom-style tables, as well as built-in shelving for the library.”
While integrating some institutional elements, the space remains warm and welcoming with the hand-drawn chalkboards, old telephones, and the intimate library seating area and curated shelving displays. A delightful place for a cup of coffee or to take in the views.
